You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data, and MatticMail is not liable for lost, corrupted, or inaccessible data.
You retain ownership of all content you store or transmit through our systems. By using our services, you grant MatticMail permission to process, store, and handle your data as required for service delivery, troubleshooting, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell your data to external parties. Some features may rely on third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or actions.
MatticMail may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, violations of these Terms, security concerns, threats to our infrastructure, or legal requirements. If termination occurs, your data may be deleted after a retention period. You may cancel your service at any time, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatticMail is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid to MatticMail in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold MatticMail harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from your use of the service, your hosted content, or your violation of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of MatticMail complies with all applicable national and international regulations, including anti-spam, data protection, and communication laws.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of MatticMail after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of your country, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts located in country.
